Return Policy

At Senior Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any eligible product for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To initiate a return, please email support@seniorsupply.com with your order number and request a return. Once your request has been processed, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item(s).

Please note that all furniture and electronics, such as TVs and DVD players, are not returnable. Also, Personal Care items (such as briefs, underwear, toothbrushes, etc) must be in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. 

To be eligible for a refund, the returned product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that it was received. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure that it meets our return policy criteria. If the item(s) meets our criteria, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed and reflected on your account.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item(s) is damaged, not in its original packaging, or does not meet our return policy criteria.
